As Esteemed Client dealing in IT Services are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes from recruitment to performance reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development.

Location : Mumbai

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.

  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

Job Description

Responsible for IT Infrastructure Managed Service Solution Architecture. Having experience in Infrastructure Managed Services (Data Centre Management Services, Cloud Management Services, End User Management Services)

Key Job Functions

  • Keep abreast on Technology trends and market needs around IT Services
  • Package new offerings to complement the current offerings portfolio
  • Assess the current offerings portfolio and repackage for better penetrations
  • Regular interaction with sales team to understand customer pain points in IT services and suggest remedial measures which can create avenues for business
  • Expertise in contributing towards providing detailed responses to RFP/RFQ/RFI
  • Develop RFP by understanding the customer needs and their business requirement
  • Gather detailed requirements from customer RFP’s                    
  • Discussions with customer and other stake Holders to seek clarifications on RFP if required
  • Arrive at technical proposal with right Service design & solution based on the RFP needs

  • Timely response to all Request for proposals & Information request
  • Create impactful presentations, backed by market intelligence, to support the sales / Account Owners on specific pursuits.
  • Actively participate and contribute to account mining / cross-sell activities and follow them up by pitching relevant capabilities to help create new opportunities.
  • Create collaterals and case studies based on offerings and work delivered by Organization, demonstrating the ability to address customers specific business needs.
  • Develop industry specific technical whitepapers and collaterals.
  • Strategic Engagements with the Tools & Automation OEM/Partner’s.

Required Skills & experience.

  • Graduate with min 7-10 years of experience in IT Service Delivery / IT Services Pre-Sales role
  • Good understanding on Service delivery methodologies and frameworks
  • Good understanding of tools & automation technologies.
  • Need to have an understanding of Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA). Need experience to supporting the Technical Proposal
  • Knowledge of strategic, conceptual, consultative selling
  • Flexibility and adaptability with Pro-active approach to customer engagement.
  • Experience in building and responding to RFP’s.
  • ITIL Certification is desirable

  • Deep Knowledge in  Smart Grid, Energy Efficiency, Block Chain, EV Charging, other Energy & utility products and services.
  • Thought leadership, comfortable with market and technology trends,  develop content and domain expertise; articulate with ability to tell a compelling story and vision.
  • have some level of success as a software solutions consultant to impress at CIO level; strong executive presence.
  • Proven track record of sales success: achieving/over-achieving quotas, building out new markets, etc.
  • Strong desire to train and enable sales professionals to embrace and use solution selling approaches that compel end customers to adopt and implement software to solve more strategic, comprehensive, mission critical business problems.
