We strictly follow the standard processes where first we understand the Job description from the clients. Once, we have a clarity on the requirements, our team actually starts sourcing the profiles from our database which has been built over the years. Our recruiters also update the same on a regular basis. We conduct our own interviews before sharing the profile with the clients. Once, we receive the feedback on the profiles, interviews of the candidates are scheduled with the client. Post the interview and the selection process we are in close touch with the candidates and keep them motivated them till they join the organization.
